Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Clay Road Outfitters order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- in original condition
Size exchanges are welcome and are subject to availability. If the size you need is unavailable, we can discuss another option or a refund if the item qualifies.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
