Shipping policy
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
Standard Shipping
- Flat-rate standard shipping: $8
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
- Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after processing
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available at checkout for eligible customers. Please wait until you receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification before coming to pick up your order.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Clay Road Outfitters is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
